A unique vineyards
The climate of the region is continental, with a slight Mediterranean influence since the Jiloca River flows from southeastern to northern direction, with irregular and low average rainfall (380 l / year), influences strong and self-regulating old vines. The roots of our strains sink into drylands that are more than 500 million years old surrounded by the fossils of those trilobites which, somehow, come back to life in those vines that feed and perhaps contemplate with his old eyes, the first eyes that existed on our planet.
This unique and strong link emerged between the trilobites and the vine (“vites” in Latin) merges into our wine TRILO-VITES, which contains traces of life on Earth more than 500 million years ago. We have taken extreme care of its cultivation, recovering traditional methods and respecting self-regulated vineyards, without using pesticides or altering their natural dynamics. The result is an extraordinary wine.
